Let us frame an image of who we are! Bluegrass Frames first opened its doors in 1975 by Nancy and Tom Conley. Their vision was to provide quality and affordable custom picture framing to the Louisville, Kentucky, area. In 1991, Nancy and Tom's daughter Susie took the reins of the family shop and used the experience she gained from growing up in the business. To further her knowledge in the industry, Susie Conley received her Certified Picture Framer (CPF®) designation through the Professional Picture Framers Association in July of 1991. This qualifies her to frame fine works of art to museum standards.
